The microphone shall be an ultra-lightweight miniature condenser pickup (vibration pickup) for contact-miking the soundboard vibrations of an acoustic string instrument. The pickup shall be attached by means of elastic adhesive rubber. The microphone shall be designed for wireless use and hardwire use with external powering via an AKG B 29 L battery supply or AKG MPA III L phantom power adapter. The frequency range of the microphone shall be 10 Hz to 18 kHz, its open-circuit sensitivity 1 mV/ms2, max. SPL 103 dB SPL (for 3% THD). The microphone shall measure 27 x 14 x 9.5 mm, be finished in matte black, and weigh 18 g. The microphone shall be the C 411 L made by AKG.
